Follow a MH3022 Through Our Process

The Wash Pit
The first stage every machine goes through when it arrives to our shop is enter the wash pit.
This stage is critical. It provides a clean slate for technicians to evaluate and find anything mechanical that may need to be addressed.
Initial Inspection
Now that the unit is clean. We will inspect the machine both mechanically and aesthetically for any defects. As each issue is identified it willgo on to a punch list of issues that need to be addressed before the machine can leave. This initial intake inspection is what drives the plan that for each machine. If anything is outside of manufacturers specs it will either be resolved or replaced. Every machine needs to be operating to a rigorous internal standard before the aesthetic work on the machine can begin.

The Paint Booth
Years of fine tuning have resulted in what we now have as an aesthetic preparation process. The goal is to get as close to the OEM new experience as reasonably possible when the machine arrives to your yard. This includes but is not limited to a darn nice coat of paint.
We also go through a pain staking process to clean, detail, and paint (where appropriate) the engine compartment.
When the machine arrives to your yard we want your guys (and your competitors) to feel like you just got a brand new piece of equipment. In our experience - they take better care of the machines when they start out with a clean slate. Plus, it is easier to hold them accountable when they start off from ground zero rather than inheriting someone else's scratches and dents.

Another Round of Inspections
After completing paint the unit will go through another round of outbound inspections. The exact same inbound inspection will be gone through again to make sure everything both mechanically and aesthetically has been addressed.
Once this is completed the machine will then be inspected by a third party. This is the final quality control check of our process and the third layer of inspections a machine must pass.
