Wolf 9500 - Bale Breaking

Breaking bales of aluminum requires a unique combination of traits: enough torque to tear the bale apart, shaft configuration which allows the machine to grab the bale when it is initially put into the machine, and ideally sizing that allows the material to be charge cart ready. The Wolf 9500 checks all of these boxes.

With more than 765 horsepower and 480,000 newton meters of torque the Wolf has no problem ripping open even the tightest bales.

The 8/10/10 Rotor configuration, seen in this video, has the unique ability to act as single pass option to prepare aluminum for charge carts, while also generating enough throughput that it can be run in line with hammermills if a super dense product is being demanded by your consumer.

The slow speed shredding process minimizes shrinkage while also preparing the material for further processing in a furnace or down stream.
